Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Wire Specialist in the Commercial Banking sector, based out of GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colorado. In this role, you will handle critical tasks related to customer applications, maintain client records with accuracy, and address customer queries with efficiency. The position also includes monitoring client accounts and taking necessary actions.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process credit applications from customers

• Maintain precise records of customer credit

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status

• Utilize data entry skills to maintain and update customer information

• Stay updated with trends and practices in the banking industry. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience in the banking industry, with a solid understanding of banking operations and regulations.

• Ability to handle high-volume wire transfer operations, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

• Demonstrated knowledge of wire transfer systems, procedures, and applicable regulations.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and other banking personnel.

• Ability to identify and resolve issues related to wire transfers.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively handle complex transactions and operational issues.

• Proficiency in using banking software and other relevant technologies.

• Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive financial information.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and changes in banking regulations related to wire transfers.
