    Description

    We are seeking MULTIPLE detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing Analysts with advanced proficiency in Excel to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing billing operations, reconciling complex accounts, and contributing to the financial close process. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in problem-solving, and demonstrates a strong ability to identify discrepancies and implement solutions. You will also support system testing, suspended AR analytics, and manage sensitive credit card information. Extended hours during month-end and financial close periods may be required to meet deadlines.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

    + Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or similar functions.

    + Advanced Excel skills, including familiarity with complex functions, data manipulation, and modeling tools.

    + Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to detect issues, analyze data, and implement solutions.

    + Experience in data analytics and delivering actionable insights from financial data.

    + Familiarity with financial software systems and the ability to participate in testing and improvement initiatives.

    + Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines during high workload periods.

    + Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments to resolve issues effectively.

    Preferred Skills:

    + Previous experience with ERP systems or financial software platforms.

    + Familiarity with credit card processing and compliance standards.

    + Experience in suspended AR analytics and financial reconciliation processes.
