    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk III to join our team in Chesterbrook, Pennsylvania. This long-term contract position requires an individual who can accurately input data into electronic systems while adhering to established procedures and guidelines. The role involves working under supervision and following pre-set instructions to ensure data integrity and efficiency.

    Responsibilities:

    • Input data into electronic systems with precision and attention to detail.

    • Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency.

    • Utilize computer skills to navigate data entry systems effectively and efficiently.

    • Collaborate with supervisors to address discrepancies or improve processes.

    • Apply knowledge of standard practices and concepts to complete tasks.

    • Maintain organized records and ensure proper handling of sensitive information.

    • Operate data entry devices to process lists, records, and other data points.

    • Adhere to deadlines and prioritize tasks based on workflow requirements.

    • Report progress and issues to supervisors or managers as needed.

    • Support team members in achieving overall data entry goals. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required.

    • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in data entry or a related role.

    • Proficiency in computer systems and electronic data formats.

    • Familiarity with standard practices and procedures in data entry.

    • Ability to follow instructions and work within pre-established guidelines.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Capable of handling sensitive information responsibly.

    • Effective communication skills to collaborate with supervisors and team members.
