Boeing Global Services, Distribution Business, is looking for an **Associate** **Customer Support Specialist** to join our team in **Miami, FL.**
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on site at the above location.
Position Responsibilities:
+ Reviews of customer contracts to assess requirements.
+ Process and maintain customer contracts (e.g., implementations, maintenance, etc.) inputting in Cardex (ERP) and portal management.
+ Interacts with the different positions and other functions such as Sales, Strategic Pricing, Commercial Contracts and Quality to ensure that contracts are loaded accurately and in acceptable time frames.
+ Priority setting. Based on business impact, customer strategic importance, implementation of strategy.
+ Performs research in Cardex (ERP) to potentially resolve loading conflicts and other issues.
+ Reviews and actions open implementations that are pending resolution.
+ Monitors / Expedites open tasks with high complexity and urgency.
+ Resolves conflicts with functional departments (Accounting, Quality Assurance, etc.), determine root cause, recommend and implement corrective actions, support Sales with timely updates.
+ Maintain metrics on contract implementations, general maintenance, renewals, customer liability collections.
+ Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
+ 2 years of related work experience
+ Experience in Program Management and/or Customer Support
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Ability to work in a very fast-faced environment with a high degree of accuracy
+ Ability to effectively multi-task and manage multiple competing priorities
+ Proficient knowledge in all MS office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) must be able to analyze reports.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
+ High School Diploma, or Related Field of Study – Associate Degree in Business (preferred)
+ Experience in aerospace hardware sales
+ Knowledge of the aerospace/aviation industry
+ Strong problem-solving skills
+ Proficiency in numeric reasoning and mathematical skills
Typical Education/Experience:
Acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $53,000 - $75,000
