    Description

    Reputable law firm is seeking a workers compensation attorney to join their Bay Area team. This role offers remote flexibility and excellent benefits.

    Responsibilities:

    • Litigate workers' compensation cases

    • Make court appearances as required

    • Conduct depositions as part of the litigation process

    • Handle your own caseload, depending on your level of experience

    • Work with a high level of independence, while also collaborating with our team when necessary.

    Requirements

    • Applicants must possess a strong understanding and practical experience of Workers Comp Law.

    • Experience in Defense Litigation is required for this role.

    • Candidates should have a proven track record of successful Court Appearances.

    • Experience in handling Depositions is a significant requirement for this position.
