A Typical Day

The Business Analyst III will be a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment, delivering impactful solutions, and managing projects with precision. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to manage complex projects while navigating ambiguity.The Business Analyst III will:

+ Elicit and document project requirements in a clear and concise manner for technical and non-technical teams

+ Proactively manage project timelines, identify risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders

+ Partner with testing analyst to ensure delivery of a viable work product and ensure project success

+ Possess the ability to run ad hoc SQL queries, quickly analyze large data sets, and review stored procedures to ensure understanding of process functionality

+ Build and maintain strong relationships within the department and with stakeholders

+ Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

+ Perform other related duties as required and assigned

What You’ll Bring

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

+ 5+ years of relevant work experience

+ Moderate skills with SQL database

+ Strong skills with MS Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)

+ Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

+ Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role

+ Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role

+ Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
