Overview

The PGW Internship Program is designed for students currently enrolled FULL-TIME at an accredited college or university with a sophomore classification or above ONLY.

If you are not a full-time student, please refer to our other current employment opportunities.

This Internship is designed for students that are available to work throughout the academic and calendar year in person/ onsite.

Position will be located at 800 W Montgomery Avenue, Philadelphia, PA, 19122

Responsibilities

+ Create usage and tracking reports

+ Record and publish staff meeting minutes

+ Prepare meeting agendas

+ Conduct project research and assist with data collection

+ Update mailing lists and customer contact sheets

+ Assist with targeted outreach

+ Support process documentation and workflow improvements

+ Perform filing, copying, and other related administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

+ Be a full-time student currently enrolled in an accredited university or college, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing, Engineering, or Management Information Systems;

+ Have a sophomore classification or above;

+ Be in good academic standing;

+ Be able to commit to 15-20 hours per week to the program(year-round interns);

+ Previous internship experience is preferred;

+ Strong analytical and computer skills;

+ Show an interest in learning about energy, project management, and business development.
