Description

**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring motivated **Maintenance Technicians** for projects located in the **Indianapolis, IN area** . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$30-35/hour** based on experience and skill level.If you are a Maintenance Technician eager to master your skills alongside other accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

+ Perform preventative maintenance

+ Repair smoke and fire evacuation systems including dampers, fusible links, activators, and controls

+ Assist all Building Authority departments

+ Perform mechanical preventative maintenance

+ Repair building alterations

+ Monitor the building automation systems

+ Comply with Building Authority policies procedures and safety regulations

+ Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

+ Must pass a background check

+ All PPE

+ Tools for the trade

+ Valid driver's license
