The ABS Welder will be responsible for welding, assembling, and inspecting components to ensure they meet our quality standards. This role requires expertise in ABS welding techniques, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

+ Perform ABS welding operations according to engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards.

+ Set up and operate welding equipment, including but not limited to MIG and TIG welding machines.

+ Fabricate and assemble components using ABS welding techniques, ensuring proper fit and alignment.

+ Inspect welded joints for defects and make necessary adjustments or repairs to meet quality standards.

+ Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries in the workplace.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.

Requirements:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Proven experience as an ABS Welder or in a similar welding role.

+ Proficiency in ABS welding techniques, including MIG and TIG welding.

+ Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

+ Knowledge of welding equipment and tools, including setup and maintenance.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

+ Certification in welding techniques or completion of a welding training program is a plus.
