    Starting pay is 20.42 per hour or higher depending on years of experience.

    Job Summary

    Organizes and directs day-to-day clerical function in the delivery of quality health care services. Provides leadership and guidance to clerical staff.

    Essential Functions

    + Leads team in workflow processes and may provide input to performance feedback process if/when necessary.

    + Problem-solves for other Patient Service Representatives and clerical support staff in department/practice.

    + Serves as main point of contact for Providers in identifying and addressing operational issues.

    + Oversees and manages productivity, performance and quality metrics.

    + Possesses the ability to perform the roles of Patient Services Representative, Associate, Intermediate and Senior roles when necessary.

    + Actively participates in safety initiatives and risk mitigating measures where appropriate and completes all position and unit safety related competencies and requirements on a timely basis.

    Qualifications

    Required

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + 10 years of relevant experience typically gained through skills/ knowledge / abilities of related experience

    Preferred

    + Associate's Degree
