Welding Supervisor

**Salary Range:** $60,000 - $70,000 per year

**Shift:** 2nd Shift (3:30 PM - 2:00 AM, Monday - Thursday, with optional or mandatory overtime on Fridays)

**Job Summary:** Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dedicated and experienced 2nd Shift Welding Supervisor to join a local company's team. This salaried position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a growing team of welders and machine operators.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Supervise and manage a team of 10-18 direct reports.

+ Ensure production schedules are met and maintain high-quality standards.

+ Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.

+ Monitor and enforce safety protocols and procedures.

+ Coordinate with other supervisors and management to optimize workflow and efficiency.

+ Flexibility to work 40-50 hours per week, including potential half days on Fridays.

Qualifications:

+ Previous leadership experience is essential.

+ Welding or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required.

+ Strong organizational and communication skills.

+ Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
