    Mozaic (A Chapter of Arc NY) is seeking a Custodial Crew Leader to oversee and support a team of custodial staff. In this role, you will supervise daily operations, provide hands-on guidance, and ensure all tasks are completed to meet agency and contract standards. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, providing transportation, maintaining detailed service documentation, and fostering a productive, team-oriented work environment.     Custodial Crew Leader Hours:

    Monday - Friday; 35- 40 hours per week with flexibility

     

    Pay Range: $18.00 - $18.50

    Custodial Crew Leader Required Experience:

    1-3 years working experience with individuals with disabilities.

    Custodial Crew Leader Required Ed u cation:

    High School Diploma or GED

    Custodial Crew Leader Other Requirements :

    A valid and acceptable NYS driver's license

     

    Ability to lift agency materials, equipment, etc.

     

    Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented

     

    Multitasking and organizational ability
