A Typical Day for The Director of Assisted Living with Brio:
+ You will be responsible for the administration and supervision of our assisted living services.
+ You will provide leadership in clinical and psycho-social programming for residents
+ Assist in the hiring and coaching of team members, support the development and maintenance of the households
+ Coordinate with the health care team to ensure the best possible quality of services for all our residents.
Qualifications & Experience
+ We prefer candidates who are Registered Nurses (RN); however, we are open to considering Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN).
+ Ideal candidates will bring experience in assisted living and demonstrate a collaborative, team-oriented leadership style. Typically, successful candidates have three to five years of nursing leadership experience.
+ A solid understanding of applicable state and federal regulations is important, along with proven skills in quality assurance, compliance, clinical care, and social care models.
+ We’re looking for someone who is passionate about resident-directed care and actively lives out that philosophy. The right fit will also be a motivated change leader, capable of inspiring and guiding others through innovation and transformation.
Opening:
+ Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)
+ On-Call Rotation (one weekend a month)

Qualifications
Experience
Required
+ 1 year: Three to five years of previous nursing leadership experience.
+ Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all applicable state and federal regulations, quality assurance, compliance, clinical and social modeling. Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures.
Preferred
+ Demonstrate the ability to actively advocate and model resident-directed care within the health center environment. Must demonstrate a passion to act as a champion for change within the industry, the ability to lead others through change and the ability to make decisions that lead toward new approaches and ways of thinking.
