The individual will serve as the Pratt & Whitney **F119 Aircraft Mounted Sidewall** (AMNS) Sustainment Program Manager working directly with our AMNS customer The Boeing Company. The AMNS system is part of the Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptor supporting the USAF mission.
What You Will Do
+ Work directly for the F119 Program and assist with Technical Support, Supplier Management, and Contract Negotiation Activity to ensure efforts are well coordinated with The Boeing Company and all P&W strategic objectives are met; develop and maintain close working relationships with The Boeing Company and the US Air Force as well as P&W internal support organizations
+ Coordinate and facilitate effective communication between team members, suppliers, and customers, ensuring alignment on project goals, milestones, and requirements
+ Evaluate Requests for Proposals, support proposal development and lead statement of Work efforts in support of new business
+ Plan and manage AMNS repair and material control account budgets in coordination with AMNS Program Manager and external support teams
+ Perform data analytics and reporting on forecast results and change drivers and maintain inventory health metrics
+ Execute control account management in accordance with Pratt & Whitney EVMS monthly rhythm, including but not limited to; calculating estimates to complete (ETCs), creating baseline change requests (BCR), identifying risks and opportunities, and reporting cost and schedule variances
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 8 years of business management, supply chain or engineering experience or an advanced degree with 5 years of program management or sustainment execution
+ Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.
Qualifications We Prefer:
+ Demonstrated leadership and communication skills; strong business acumen
+ High degree of responsibility and accountability for establishing and achieving objectives
+ MRO/Aftermarket/Supply Chain experience preferred
+ Experience with SAP strongly preferred
+ Ability to drive and support organizational change to lead continuous improvement in our products and customer satisfaction
+ Highly responsive to customer requirements
+ Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements, priorities, and schedules; familiarity with aircraft turbofan engine hardware, and operation
What Is My Role Type:

**Onsite:** Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
_Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility._
The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
