    **Location:** Madison, WI

    **Rate:** $22.00/Hour

    **Hours:** Monday - Friday 7am-3pm

     

    At Securitas, on-site Security Officers are the foundation of our organization. Our Officers are trained to provide a high level of professionalism and specialization for their assignments, help safeguard people, property, and information.

    What Your Day May Look Like:

    + Conflict resolution and De-escalation.

    + Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client’s premises.

    + Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.

    + Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.

    + Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity.

    + Provide detailed written witness reports.

    Position Requirements:

    + 18 years of age or older.

    + High School Diploma or GED Required.

    + Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.

    + Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift.

    + Knowledgeable and able to use Microsoft Office applications.

    + Able to learn and respond to a variety of alarms.

    + Friendly and attentive to employees, clients, vendors, visitors, etc.

    + Able to communicate effectively via email, text, phone calls.

    + Able to solve problems alone using resources provided by Securitas, Site Supervisor and Client

    + Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain vigilant throughout shift.
