Our Corporate HR Analyst will be a data-driven problem-solver and project manager, playing a critical role in building the Corporate team at Ralliant. In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner—delivering insights, driving execution, and supporting the development of key HR processes and initiatives.

You’ll work closely with senior HR and cross-functional leaders as we stand up our Corporate function and prepare for launch as an independent, publicly traded company. Core Responsibilities:

+ **Policy Design & Implementation:** Partner with the Head of Corporate HR to design and implement foundational HR processes, policies, and frameworks, including headcount management and workforce planning, HR policies and our employee handbook, workplace flexibility guidelines, and onboarding.

+ **HR Project & Program Management:** Serve as a project manager supporting various activities related to our stand-up of the Corporate team and the execution of annual HR Processes. Track and report on project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and dependencies to ensure accountability and visibility.

+ **Data Analysis & Decision Support:** Provide robust data analysis to inform talent strategies, workforce planning, and organizational design. Leverage data to support business decisions, identify trends, and recommend improvements to our people strategies. Maintain a high level of confidentiality.

+ **Collaborative Problem Solving:** Work in close coordination with our HR Shared Services and Center of Expertise (COE) teams to ensure that leader and employee questions and challenges are redirected to the appropriate resource. In collaboration with these teams, manage more complex leader and employee issues.

+ **C-Suite Deliverable Support:** Work closely with the Head of Corporate HR to support the Chief People Officer by preparing polished materials and ad hoc analyses for C-suite meetings and other high-visibility forums.

Position Requirements

+ You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can provide data-driven recommendations.

+ You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with professionalism.

+ You are adept at fostering inclusive workplaces and positive employee experiences.

+ You handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in a matrixed, global organization.

+ Proficiency with Oracle HCM, Excel, Power BI, Miro, and Smartsheet.

+ Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
