Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose
Responsible for implementation, maintenance and direction of assigned modules within the Saba Talent Cloud. This position is responsible for coordination of upgrades, system enhancements, consistent methodology, system-wide reporting and user training and assistance. Ensures accurate data is captured for functional area of expertise and ensures proper utilization of the system takes place by end users. Leads analytical efforts for data integration to support leaders, administrators and downstream systems. Develops functional area of expertise training and stays updated on process flows to ensure best practices are adopted for the organization to optimize use of the system.Responsibilities include data analysis, reporting, issue tracking/management, status reporting/management and other analysis to support system wide and local implementation efforts.
Responsibilities
+ Manages complex databases and oversees system reporting strategies. Develops and maintains systemwide reporting processes; leads development and validation of ad hoc reports and dashboards for end-user and system initiatives.
+ Creates meaningful metrics for key system functionality, opportunities for improvement and innovation, user needs assessments, compliance, and other usage related processes. Uses analytical technology to collect and manage data to provide in-depth analysis needed to support business operations to meet operational and strategic goals.
+ Leads the set up and maintenance of the system functional area configuration and master data. Designs solutions and leads efforts to support end-users of the system application as it relates to assigned functional area.
+ Researches, designs and leads the testing of integration, upgrades, expansions etc. of designated systems at BJC including related tracking, checklists, etc. Schedules and coordinates upgrades as needed. Uses technology to automate processes for adding, editing and removing data from assigned applications.
+ Coordinate and maintain security profiles and assignments, system maintenance and data audit policies and procedures and appropriate training for all levels of users. Leads projects as they relate to training administrators and end-users on the use of and or integration with system.
