    We are currently hiring a **Part-Time Direct Support Professional (Floater)** to provide compassionate support to individuals living with Serious Mental Illness and/or substance use disorders in our residential homes located in Bethel Park and Carnegie.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide direct care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, cooking, cleaning, and medication management.

    + Facilitate transportation for residents to appointments and community outings.

    + Engage residents in planning and participating in daily activities to promote their well-being and independence.

    + Collaborate with colleagues across two residential sites, offering flexibility and exposure to diverse experiences.

    + Maintain consistent workdays and shifts, providing a predictable schedule.

    + Support residents in developing coping skills and maintaining connections with family members.

    **SCHEDULE:** (non-exempt/hourly)

     

    Saturday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

     

    Sunday 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM

     

    Monday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

     

    Hours may vary according to program needs.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree OR High School Diploma or Equivalency and 1 year of direct care experience.

    • Valid Driver’s license

    • Ability to operate an organizational vehicle

    • Act 33/34/73 clearances

    • Pre-employment screening
