What You'll Be Doing

+ Lead and manage all plant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

+ Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and reduce costs.

+ Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

+ Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and professional development.

+ Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What Are We Looking For

+ Minimum 5 years Underground Mining Engineer experience, Geology degree preferred.

+ Strong leadership and team management skills.

+ Proven ability to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

+ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
