Our client, a leader in the insurance industry, is seeking a Product Manager to join their team. As a Product Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting strategic initiatives in insurance policy and claims. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder engagement abilities, and a proven track record in managing cross-functional projects, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $57

What's the Job?

+ Lead the strategic development and execution of product vision for insurance policies and claims.

+ Define and refine policy frameworks to maximize value and ensure compliance.

+ Develop detailed product scopes, business cases, and requirements for change initiatives.

+ Document and manage product change requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.

+ Build and maintain a clear product roadmap, aligning with broader business objectives.

What's Needed?

+ Proven experience in product management, preferably in insurance, regulatory, or digital transformation environments.

+ Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive cross-functional initiatives.

+ Experience working with legacy systems and digital platforms is a plus.

+ Excellent communication skills to report on project status, risks, and milestones.
