Our client, a leader in technology innovation, is seeking a GenAI Developer to join their team. As a GenAI Developer, you will be part of the software engineering department supporting cutting-edge AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for technology which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Columbus, OH

What's the Job?

+ Develop Gen AI applications using LLMs, agentic frameworks, and related technologies.

+ Integrate AI models with enterprise systems and Cloud products.

+ Work with Java, Python, OpenShift containers, and large-scale applications.

+ Stay ahead with advancements in AI and apply them to real-world solutions.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while leading teams and ensuring risk compliance.

What's Needed?

+ 5+ years of software engineering experience.

+ 5+ years working with Java, Python, and OpenShift containers.

+ 3+ years in data engineering & AI/ML or Cloud GCP.

+ 2+ years experience with SDLC & Agile tools (JIRA, GitHub, Jenkins).

+ Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and lead technical projects.
