Job Description:
+ Lead, manage, coordinate sales efforts for capitals goods
+ Development and sales of customer-specific large-scale machine tools in close collaboration with the sales and design team
+ Establish, maintain and manage business relationships
+ Identify and qualify new sales leads through networking, industry events, and research.
+ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
+ Provide reports and maintain records in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
+ Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
+ Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's, or Master's degree in (Industrial) Engineering, or a technical qualification with experience in sales.
+ Experience within the equipment manufacturing industry
+ Confident demeanor with strong communication and negotiation skills
+ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Additional foreign languages are an advantage (German or Spanish)
+ High willingness to travel
