    Job Description

    A large software and gaming company is looking for a Data Analyst/Social Media Analyst to join a growing team and help evolve the data and insights approach across social. This person will be responbile for tagging and will need to update tagging model so that the team is able to more easily pull performance data for the following purposes: comparative analytics, competitive analysis, yoy/wow comparisons. This person will also audit updated tags and taxonomy, back-tag all social content posted over the last two years, andTag all new content going out from accounts.

     

    They will also montior Queries/Sentiment: In order to maintain accurate sentiment analysis, this person will review, update and maintain all game-related queries housed within Radarly. Doing so will allow the team to deploy sentiment + share of conversation analysis on a quicker timeline. They will do weekly monitoring and maintenance of query database to account for current keywords, conversation shifts and changes that require updates.

    Sentiment Reporting

     

    Share of Conversation reporting

     

    Weekly/Monthly reporting

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -2-4 years experience as a Data Analyst or Social Media Analyst within gaming

     

    -Audience Development experience

     

    -Experience with analytics and sentiment/listening tools and ability to help program these tools (IE Radarly, Sprinklr, Emplifi,Meltwater, Sprout)

     

    -Query and Analytical Skills

     

    -Expeirence with Sentiment Reporting and share of conversation reporting. null
