    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Farmingdale, New York. In this role, you will manage various aspects of accounts payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.     Responsibilities:

    • Process and verify invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

    • Manage account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.

    • Handle check runs and ensure timely payment to vendors.

    • Code invoices appropriately and ensure proper documentation.

    • Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.

    • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and vendor inquiries.

    • Utilize financial software such as Oracle, SAP, and QuickBooks for daily operations.

    • Monitor accounts payable aging and prepare reports as needed.

    • Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

    • Maintain organized records for auditing and reporting purposes. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or related field.

    • Proficiency in financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, and QuickBooks.

    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Ability to perform accurate account reconciliations.

    • Experience in coding invoices and processing payments.

    • Effective communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams.

    • Familiarity with general accounting principles and practices.
