Summary:

The Director of IT is responsible for leading the organization’s technology strategy, operations, and transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on CRM and ERP implementation, automation, and continuous improvement. This role requires demonstrated experience managing full-cycle CRM and ERP deployments. Experience with Monday.com is a plus, but prior successful CRM implementation is required.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead end-to-end CRM and ERP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business needs

+ Drive automation of workflows and business processes to increase operational efficiency

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, select systems, and manage vendor relationships

+ Oversee systems integration, data migration, and user adoption strategies

+ Identify and implement process improvements through technology solutions

+ Manage IT infrastructure, systems security, compliance, and governance

+ Lead a cross-functional IT team to deliver on technology goals and project timelines

+ Ensure high performance of internal systems and alignment with organizational objectives

+ Report KPIs, risks, and progress to executive leadership

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

+ 8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience

+ Proven experience with full-cycle CRM and ERP implementations

+ Experience with Monday.com is a plus

+ Strong background in automation tools, systems integration, and digital transformation

+ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills

+ Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or ERP/CRM vendor-specific credentials are a plus
