Description We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Burbank, California. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis to support business decision-making and strategic planning. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to critical financial processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and assist in the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accurate performance tracking.
• Develop detailed financial forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Compile and analyze data from financial, operational, and external sources to identify trends and insights.
• Support annual budgeting efforts by providing detailed analysis and recommendations.
• Conduct financial planning and analysis to evaluate business opportunities and risks.
• Build and maintain complex financial models to simulate scenarios and support business strategies.
• Present findings and insights through visualizations using tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine financial processes and improve reporting accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies in all reporting activities.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize financial performance. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or related fields.
• Proficiency in budgeting processes and financial forecasting techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and interpret financial models to support business strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial analysis and data interpretation.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
