Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a Contract-to-permanent position where you will play an essential role in managing inventory processes, including receiving, storing, and distributing equipment, supplies, and materials. The ideal candidate will ensure inventory levels are maintained efficiently and accurately while adhering to company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee purchasing and receiving operations, ensuring timely and precise data entry into the system.

• Manage inventory levels, including fixed assets, cycle counts, and physical inventories, in compliance with company policies.

• Maintain appropriate stocking levels to meet business needs effectively.

• Facilitate the return of non-company assets by collaborating with administrative and sales teams.

• Organize and label inventory systematically in coordination with warehouse staff.

• Prepare and pick orders for assembly or shipment with accuracy and efficiency.

• Monitor and track orders through various vendor relationships to ensure proper delivery.

• Manage incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.

• Perform other inventory-related duties as assigned. Requirements • Experience conducting annual physical and cycle inventory counts.

• Proficiency in managing shipping and receiving functions.

• Strong understanding of purchasing processes and vendor coordination.

• Ability to maintain organized and accurate inventory systems.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with inventory software and tracking systems is preferred.
