Description

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Miami, Florida in the heart od Doral. The ideal candidate will excel in managing financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy in all bookkeeping processes. This role requires strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset to handle critical financial operations effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and expense reports.

• Reconcile accounts and bank statements on a regular basis to ensure data accuracy.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.

• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with month-end close procedures.

• Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

• Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting software to manage financial transactions efficiently.

• Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain financial databases.

• Support audits and collaborate with external accountants as needed.

• Monitor financial discrepancies and resolve issues promptly to maintain accuracy.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience with a focus on precision and accuracy.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks online and other accounting software.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

• Strong knowledge of accounts reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

• Experience with payroll processing and month-end close procedures.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and external partners.
