St. Mary’s Health System is seeking a dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our mission-driven team in a Per Diem role. Position Highlights:

+ Per Diem position with a minimum commitment of 2-3 shifts per month (additional shifts available).

+ Daytime and evening shifts only—no overnights.

+ Serve both our Emergency Department and Urgent Care Center.

+ Work in our new, 30-bed Emergency Department, handling approximately 30,000 patient visits annually.

+ Participate in a fast-track triage structure, with the ability to manage behavioral health/psychiatric cases.

+ Join a collegial, team-focused environment where you’re a valued member of a mission-based health system.

+ Collaborate with a dedicated support staff in a rewarding, patient-centered setting.

Qualifications:

+ Completion of an accredited NP/PA program.

+ Current active advanced practice provider license for the state of Maine.

+ BLS/ACLS/PALS certification required.
