Adecco is assisting one of our top clients in their search for a **Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM)** in **New York City!** This is a fantastic opportunity to support patients and providers while driving access to important therapies in a field-based role.

Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:

+ Serve as a dedicated Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) for a specific therapy, supporting patient access and reimbursement education

+ Conduct Benefit Investigations, Prior Authorization support, Claims Assistance, and Appeals

+ Educate physician offices on payer landscape and available support services

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and internal teams

+ Schedule and conduct site visits and virtual/in-person educational sessions

+ Collaborate with internal hub and reimbursement teams to ensure consistent patient support

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree (required)

+ 8+ years of experience in healthcare reimbursement (Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy)

+ Familiarity with Medicare and Commercial insurance coverage

+ Direct experience with Benefit Investigations, Prior Authorizations, Claims, and Appeals

+ Project management or account coordination experience preferred

+ Previous field experience a plus

Preferred Experience:

+ Reimbursement support in specialty drug therapy (oncology, dermatology, etc.)

+ Experience with specialty pharmacy services

+ Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

+ Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

**Location:** New York City (Must reside in territory)

**Work Hours:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

**Type:** Temp-to-Hire

**Pay Rate:** $60.10/hour

**Work Arrangement:** Field-based with Work-From-Home on Mondays and Fridays; In the field Tuesday–Thursday

**Travel:** 80% local travel required (4 days/week in the field)

**Pay Details:** $60.10 per hour
