Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search to fill a **General Production Associate** position **Wright City, MO**
Description:
Seeking reliable, entry-level Production Operators to operate machinery, handle materials, and inspect products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. No prior experience required—training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Operate assigned machinery and material handling equipment
+ Load/unload raw materials and finished goods
+ Inspect products visually for quality
+ Maintain safety standards and wear required PPE
+ Keep work area clean and follow supervisor instructions
+ Adhere to all site policies and operational procedures
Requirements:
+ Lift up to 50 lbs consistently
+ High school diploma or GED preferred
+ No previous manufacturing experience required
+ Must pass a background check
+ Stand for long periods; frequent bending, pushing, pulling, squatting, reaching
+ Occasional climbing/balancing
Ideal Candidate:
Physically capable, dependable, and eager to learn. Safety-focused, team-oriented, and ready to grow in a manufacturing role.
**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
