Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences is currently recruiting for Director of Nursing in Syracuse, NY.

**Pay:** $150 to $170K annually
**Type:** Direct Hire
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Supervising all nursing staff
+ Development and implementation of nursing policy and procedure
+ Overseeing the hiring and continued employment of nursing staff
+ Overseeing nursing employee conduct
+ Assessing the health needs of each resident
Qualifications:
+ Current New York State RN license
+ Prior DON experience
+ Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
