Position Purpose

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for the design and development of compelling, brand-forward campaigns and programs across both digital and print media, including but not limited to advertising, brochures, marketing sell sheets, web assets, and integrated creative campaigns. This role requires collaboration with marketing managers, writers, designers and product specialists to create visually consistent and typographically refined marketing materials that clearly communicate complex information.

Essential Job Functions

+ Work closely with Channel Marketing, Sales and Product partners to deeply understand business goals and translate them into bold, strategic creative solutions—owning the full lifecycle of the work, from ideation to final execution.

+ Design and deliver visually powerful, brand-elevating content across touchpoints while collaborating cross-functionally with designers, photographers, writers, developers and other creative partners.

+ Drive the development of high-impact, multi-channel creative solutions—including but not limited to: omni-channel campaigns, social and display advertising, motion graphics, illustration, print collateral, direct mail and experiential/event materials.

+ Thrive in a fast-moving environment—pivoting confidently and thoughtfully in response to evolving priorities and strategic business needs.

+ Maintain the integrity of our brand by upholding style guidelines.

+ Organize and maintain creative assets with precision—ensuring brand elements, imagery, templates, and design files are organized, accessible and optimized for use across the company

+ Travel up to 10%

Education and Experience

+ Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field strongly preferred

+ 5+ years relevant experience in a corporate or agency setting.

+ Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat); comfort with using and exploring new creative tools

+ Some experience with video editing, photography and/or motion graphics

+ Strong, curated portfolio that showcases excellence in graphic design, art direction and visual storytelling—with a particular emphasis on typography, layout and digital design

+ Strong interpersonal skills, openness to feedback, and a collaborative mindset essential to thriving in a cross-functional creative environment
