View Point Hea lth is a community behavioral health center utilizing a team of psychiatrists, nurses, licensed counselors and social workers, and other professionals to provide services to individuals who need treatment and support to cope with mental illness, substance abuse, and intellectual and developmental disabilities. View Point Health serves uninsured, underinsured, low-income Medicaid, Medicare, war veterans and some private insurance across multiple locations with a full continuum of behavioral health services and support. The services provided by View Point Health contribute to the reduction in homelessness, reduction in crime and subsequent incarcerations, higher graduation rates, lower dropout rates, decreased ER visits and decreased inpatient admissions.

View Point Health offers a full continuum of residential services to adults with psychiatric needs and provides stability for individuals experiencing homelessness. The Adult MH Supportive Housing Program is in search of a passionate, skilled, and dedicated MH Residential Site Supervisor to become a part of our dynamic team! Under general supervision, t he MH Residential Site Supervisor manages operations, supervises direct care staff and monitors resident activity in a personal care home or other community residential site serving consumers with mental illnesses and/or developmental disabilities.

High school diploma/GED and three (3) years of job-related experience providing social or direct care services to groups of special needs individuals in a human service setting, which includes one (1) year experience as a lead worker, team lead, or supervisory role; or one (1) year of experience at the lower level Client Support Worker 3 (SSS012) or position equivalent.
