    Are you ready to be the backbone of our Business Unit and Project Managers? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team. In this hybrid role, you'll enjoy the flexibility of remote work combined with on-site support in San Antonio.

     

    As a Project Assistant, you will perform day-to-day critical thinking tasks to support our Business Unit and Project Managers. Your responsibilities will include project scheduling, tracking data analysis, and database management. You will be the main point of contact for assisting Project Managers on specific projects, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities

    + Analyze, enter, and manage raw data in databases.

    + Manipulate databases, create formulas, and generate reports using Vision, Excel, and Access.

    + Schedule projects and track deliverables and due dates.

    + Assist with proposal preparation and invoicing.

    Required Qualifications

    + 1-3 years of experience in database management, project administration, or a similar field.

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Project (preferred), **Excel (expert preferred)** , and Access (helpful).

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree.
