Lincoln Tech is seeking a pioneering Director of Admissions to help launch our exciting new Houston campus opening in the summer of 2025. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to build and lead the admissions team for our newest Texas location, which will feature in-demand skilled trades programs designed to meet the growing workforce needs of the Houston metropolitan area.

Responsibilities for a Director of Admissions

+ Establish and develop a team of successful admissions representatives to recruit students for our new Houston skilled trades programs

+ Create and cultivate an environment of teamwork, commitment, and ownership from day one

+ Provide staff training, development, and mentorship in a new campus setting

+ Direct the team to deliver company goals while establishing Lincoln Tech as a premier training destination in Houston

+ Collect, analyze, and use data to build and improve recruitment efforts in the Houston market

+ Oversee the planning of launch events and ongoing recruitment activities to generate excitement and information for new and prospective students

+ Develop relationships with local employers, high schools, and community organizations to establish Lincoln Tech's presence in the Houston area

Requirements for a Director of Admissions

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

+ 5+ years of experience in Management, Sales, Marketing, Business or Military Leadership

+ Proficiency with current technology

+ Experience in campus launch, growth initiatives, or new market development preferred

+ Knowledge of the Houston market and skilled trades industries a plus
