Description
Refine and optimize various complex software implementation initiatives. Collect and evaluate system requirements, document technical specifications, and develop software solutions tailored to project needs. Assess and analyze enhancement requests and technical specifications. Design, implement, and customize system software to align with user and project requirements. Develop detailed software documentation, including specifications and test plans. Write new code based on defined requirements and generate test data for validation. Update existing programs to adhere to new standards and execute unit testing to ensure functionality. Prepare migration packages for system testing, user evaluation, and deployment. Conduct quality assurance reviews to verify accuracy and performance. Perform post-deployment validation and troubleshoot any identified software issues.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
