**Location:** Everett, WA

**Pay:** $25-26.50/hour (with potential increase to $32/hour upon full-time conversion)

**Shift:** 4 10s schedule // hours: 3PM-1:30AM

We are looking for a **highly organized and self-starting Warehouse Specialists with interests in Inventory** to manage, analyze, and optimize inventory data and processes. This role requires precision, cross-functional collaboration, and strong execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Maintain **data accuracy** to ensure tools and processes function as expected.

+ Oversee inbound shipments, including purchase order tracking, maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, and vendor communications.

+ Analyze inventory levels and **SKU performance** to determine purchasing needs.

+ Execute purchase orders, monitor in-stock status, and manage vendor-related reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

+ **Minimum 1 year** of experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.

+ Experience with **pallet jacks**

+ **Proficiency in Excel** , including sum functions, hash marks, and applying filters.

+ Experience with inventory control, **cycle counts** , and ERP systems (e.g., **SAP, Oracle** ).

+ Strong **written and oral communication skills** .

+ Comfortable with data entry and inventory management.

+ General **computer proficiency** .

The role is based at the **Amazon Distribution Center** , working in a fast-moving warehouse environment with a focus on SAP systems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.06 - $26.50/hr.
