Job Title: General Labor/Production Operator
Job Description
The General Press Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Press Operator with various tasks. This role is similar to general labor and production work. Responsibilities include changing plates, changing inks, helping to change over job orders, and conducting quality checks. Quality checks involve visual inspection and measurement of each product to ensure it meets specifications.
Responsibilities
+ Assist the Press Operator with daily tasks
+ Change plates and inks as needed
+ Help change over job orders
+ Conduct quality checks through visual inspection and measurement
+ Ensure each product meets specified standards
Essential Skills
+ Experience with machines, tools, and operator tasks
+ Assembly and production skills
+ General labor and manufacturing experience
+ Minimum of 2 years of work history at one company (manufacturing preferred)
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience as a machine operator
+ Assembly skills
+ General production experience

This is a Permanent position based out of Hartland, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $44928.00 - $44928.00/yr.
