    Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **Direct Care Staff** to work at a Facility in **Roswell, NM.** These are _registry_ positions with our company.

     

    **Pay Rate:** $25 / hour

    Shift Details:

    + 6a-6:30 pm

    + 6p-6:30 am

    Duties:

    + Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)

    + Help with meal preparation and feeding

    + Administer medication (if trained and required)

    + Support individuals in community activities and appointments

    + Maintain a clean and safe living environment

    + Monitor and document behavior and progress

    + Provide companionship and emotional support

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + **At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Direct Care Staff**

    + A valid and current license issued within the US

    + A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)

    + Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients.

    + (can be a C.N.A, sitter, Psychiatric Tech) does not need to be certified but must have patient care experience.
