Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. In this role, you will:
Provide quality engineering support to the Electronic Warfare - Integrated Manufacturing Center (EW-IMC) value stream as product progresses through assembly and quality control operations.
Utilize quality control data to drive innovative improvements that will reduce cost and increase efficiency without compromising product integrity.
Reinforce compliance to the AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS) through internal audits and continuous improvement efforts that utilize quality science tools like Lean Six Sigma.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's Degree and some experience exposure to manufacturing environment or 4 years of experience in manufacturing quality roles in lieu of degree.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's degree
Experience supportingan AS9100 manufacturing environmentand providing effective communications to cross-functional teams.
Experience in auditing manufacturing proceses and procedures
Previous experience in a Quality function
Ability to utilize various inspection tools such as Vernier s, microscopes, gauges, etc.
Experience in continuous improvement activities.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $63653 - $108210
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
