Spring Creek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center currently has a full time opportunity available for an HVAC Technician! We are looking for an experienced HVAC Tech for our beautiful skilled nursing facility!

Requirements of the HVAC Technician:

+ Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED.

+ Must have, as a minimum, two (2) years experience in a maintenance department in a health-related Facility

+ Must be knowledgeable of HVAC practices and procedures in nursing care facilities

+ Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.

Responsibilities of the HVAC Technician:

+ Install, service, modify, troubleshoot, rebuild, and repair HVAC systems and equipment in a residential establishment in accordance with applicable building codes and safety regulations

+ Troubleshoot, repair, modify, or replace Power, and/or control wiring/circuit

+ Must be able to troubleshoot electronic controls, possess electrical knowledge, and have plumbing knowledge of both water and steam systems

+ Manage repair costs while minimizing inefficiencies

+ Monitors HVAC systems and operations and ensures that routine preventive maintenance is performed according to established schedules and standards

+ Checks, repairs and/or replaces valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, pipes and other functional components of the system

+ Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures

+ Applies all applicable OSHA and related local safety requirements to all assigned work
