    Overview

    THE ROLE:

    Our Corporate Worldwide Creative team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Program Manager, Client Services. In this highly visible role you will coordinate the discovery, design, development and delivery of creative projects of varying scope and complexity! Experienced with deliverables spanning design, social media, video production, event branding, event production, printed collateral, copywriting, and all-things-digital, the Program Manager keeps the team on the timeline and budget. The Program Manager, Client Services also provides expert workflow consultation to colleagues and clients, while serving as a sought-after knowledge expert across multiple portfolios and all business lines. Equally versed in digital and print production, video production, event marketing, and the fabrication of creative collateral and branded merchandise, the Program Manager is truly an expert of their craft who exudes confidence and inspires others.

     

    Leveraging the project management tool Workfront daily, this individual manages their queue, communicates with clients, builds timelines, facilitates reviews and approvals, and meets program objectives. Shepherding all relevant stakeholders and resources, the Program Manager follows (and improves upon) standard department processes while remaining flexible enough to fast-track urgent client requests as needed. This is a senior role that will from time to time oversee other projects led by another team member.

    HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

    + End-to-end project management of the discovery, design, development, and delivery of creative requests of varying scope and complexity across all mediums

    + Act as both program manager and project manager with the ability to pivot from macro to micro

    + Ensure we remain on-strategy, on-brand, on-time, and on-budget

    + Fully evaluate incoming design and copy requests, draft detailed timelines, maintain clear and consistent stakeholder communication, flag and monitor dependencies, facilitate creative and legal reviews, and assure alignment on roles and responsibilities

    + Provide strategic counsel to clients on creative opportunities, limitations, timing, and deliverables

    + Solve complex artistic and technical challenges while reconciling requirements and project timelines

    + Use Workfront software for creating timelines, reviews and approvals, tracking hours, communicating with clients, maintaining version control, and reporting

    + Address all tasks with urgency; scale roadblocks as a confident, solution-oriented consensus builder

    + Negotiate with vendors on timeline and budget, secure contracts as needed

    + Assimilate and synchronize multiple cross-divisional inputs; lead cross-functional team meetings

    + Set and continually manage expectations throughout project life cycle

    + Manage external creative agencies and localization vendors

    + Monitor related budgets and spending under the direction of the Director, Worldwide Client Services

    + Work in-office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday)

    + Perform additional duties as assigned

    The studio team at Herbalife partners with various corporate and regional teams to produce marketing, stage visuals, executive messaging, social media, training, and corporate communication creative assets to enhance marketing communication for the health and wellness company.

    Qualifications

    SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

    + 7+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced marketing agency or corporate environment with a focus on creative excellence and client service

    + Capability of implementing various integrated marketing projects of varying scope and complexity

    + Experience with deliverables spanning design, social media, video production, event branding, new product launches, mobile, printed collateral, copywriting, and all-things-digital

    + Experience with design management, resource utilization, and UX/UI principles

    + Experience managing outside creative agencies/vendors

    + Experience working with global business partners with an emphasis on cultural sensitivity

    + Experience with Workfront, including the ability to build/edit dashboards, run reports, and onboard others desired; additional Project Management tools such as Smartsheet, Trello, Wrike, and Jira will be considered

    + Skilled at using PowerPoint and/or Keynote to review decks and presentations. Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create and maintain complex budget spreadsheets

    + Knowledge of design applications like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as printing and video processes

    + Understanding of agile project management principles and the ability to create RACI charts

    + Results-driven multi-tasker who thrives under pressure. Approaches challenge confidently and focus on finding solutions, which helps build trust and credibility with requesting partners

    + Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and masterful time management

    + Effective negotiation and conflict management abilities

    + Exceptional written, verbal communication, and public speaking skills

    + Ability to work with geographically diverse teams while demonstrating cultural sensitivity

    EDUCATION:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred; candidates with significant relevant experience will also be considered.
