    Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Account Management Operations within the Electrophysiology (EP) business unit based in Irvine, CA.

    The Senior Manager, Account Management Operations will be a strategic part of the Electrophysiology (EP) Commercial Contract Management organization, reporting to the Director, EP Commercial Operations, responsible for driving the flawless implementation of offer development strategies and tools in support of Marketing programs and the contracting continuum. Primary responsibilities include creating and driving Customer Centric processes and solutions for Offer Development. This includes acting as business owner for offer development tools and serves as primary liaison with business partners such as Marketing, Legal, Sales, and Commercial Operations to ensure alignment with commercial strategies. This role will also serve as the primary contact for the Field Service Organization with respect to requests for customization and exceptions to approved programs. This individual will lead development of necessary documentation for CPC submissions of customized strategies and exceptions including coordinating appropriate stakeholders required to review and approve. They will also coordinate with HCC and internal business partners, including senior management, in finding opportunities and process improvements and supporting critical company initiatives to improve turnaround time, identify potential gaps, and ensure the development process and tools are strategically aligned to business needs and an improved Customer experience.

    Responsibilities

    + Business owner responsible for the offer development processes and tools to support flawless implementation of strategies for approved offers, product launches, and new pricing programs.

    + Serves as commercial operations liaison for Marketing programs with respect to NPI launch and program support.

    + Provide direction on offer development process to the sales organization, business partners such as Finance, Contracting & Customer support and Learned Intermediaries.

    + Serve as lead trainer for Global Service intake team. Manage other individual contributors in a matrix environment and conduct effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.

    + Proactively identify areas of disconnect / gaps and help devise solutions that ensure best practice sharing and skill development across the offer development process.

    + Develop and refine training materials and operating processes.

    + Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with internal partners, consistent with company mission and values, to ensure actions taken reflect in terms of offer development.

    + Develop and maintain positive business partner relationships with Legal, Learned Intermediaries, HCC, Customer Support, Marketing, and Field-based partners.

    + Proactively support the design and implementation of systems, processes, and controls to efficiently manage risk, and lead the offer development process to improve efficiency and compliance.

    + Manage operational aspects of the offer development process, including meeting and exceeding key metrics (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance) as well as ensure the achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.

    + Facilitate issue resolution with internal partners and address complex situations and disputes by elevating complex legal and factual issues to the appropriate internal parties, e.g. Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, HR, Corporate Risk Management, HCC, Privacy, Legal.

    + Support Learned Intermediaries with program training and offer development strategies.

    + Write and/or maintain assigned SOPs and WIs as applicable.

    + Integrate Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision-making.

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, Finance, Marketing, or related field is required. Advanced degree (e.g. M.B.A.) is highly preferred.

    + 10+ years of related business experience, or 8+ years of direct business experience within J&J or med-tech devices.

    + Experience developing and launching med-tech capital equipment and consumable products required, as the position requires close collaboration with US sales and marketing to execute plans and successfully launch programs and products through various contracting vehicles.

    + Strong time management skills and ability to manage requests with critical timelines

    + Excellent communication (listening and asserting) and presentation skills at all levels in the organization.

    + Strong, fact-based influencing and conflict management skills.

    + Demonstrated success working in a cross-functional and collaborative environment, and ability to build support and alignment across a complex set of stakeholders focused on achieving business objectives.

    + Passion and commitment to live the J&J Credo.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Depth of knowledge in capital programs, service programs, software programs and offer development tools

    + Experience with commercial organizations, including field sales teams, contracting, Customer Support, and financial profitability.

    + Deep experience with the JJMT Contracting systems and support tools.

    + Support J&J Leadership Imperatives, including cultivating new insights; comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, embracing collaboration and teaming, proactively senses and responds to problems and opportunities, results and performance driven, possesses big picture orientation- able to operate in two “worlds” simultaneously by looking both deep and broad.

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-critical business environment.

    + Strong analytical skills and experience in Process Excellence tools.

     

    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. ·

    + Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
