    How You’ll Make an Impact

     

    Epsilon is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Manager, Sales Compensation - Quota to join our Sales Compensation team reporting report to the VP of Sales Compensation. This role will be responsible for managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of sales quotas, ensuring alignment with business objectives and providing actionable insights to drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    What You’ll Achieve

    + Design and own a highly collaborative process with Finance, Sales Compensation, Sales and HR, to support achievement of sales targets and align strategy with Epsilon’s overall business objectives to drive growth.

    + Serve as the subject matter expert on developing, managing, and analyzing sales quotas for the Epsilon sales organization.

    + Analyze historical sales performance and market trends to establish realistic and achievable targets.

    + Work with Sales Compensation Team to monitor and track quota attainments to identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for optimization.

    + Provide regular reporting on quota performance, including variance analysis and recommendations.

    + Ensure quota assignments align with compensation plans, company goals, and sales strategies.

    + Manage and maintain accurate quota data within CRM and analytics tools.

    + Support the annual planning process, including quota setting and territory alignment.

    + Act as a liaison between sales teams and compensation teams to address quota-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

    Who You Are

    + **What you’ll bring with you:**

    + Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

    + 7+ years of experience in sales operations, quota management, or a related role in the data, tech, or digital media industry (B2B enterprise selling model)

    + 2+ years of experience leading teams

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    + Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or Power BI).

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Proficiency in sales compensation and quota management systems (Xactly, Anaplan, Jedox).

    + Relevant certifications in sales operations, sales incentive management or data analysis.

    + Experience in a high-growth tech or digital media company.

    Base Salary: $107,250 – $170,750

     

    Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
