    Job Description:

    • The position is for a Program Manager to help provide programmatic and financial support for Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia, Code 23.

    Specific duties include:

    • Provide management, financial, and funding analysis.

    • Utilize Microsoft Office including Access, Project, and Visio.

    • Create databases using MS Access.

    • Provide high level graphics support, utilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and premier software.

    • Supervise production of technical manuals and production books.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Five (5) years of programmatic and financial support experience.

    • Three (3) years of experience in providing high level graphics support, database creation using MS Access, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and premier software; management, financial, and funding analysis, production of technical manuals and production books.

    • Advanced experience using Microsoft Office including Access, Project, and Visio.

    • Knowledge of U.S. Navy programs, organizations, and functions.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business from an accredited university.

    • Must be a U.S. citizen.

    • A secret security clearance
