    Marketing Events Coordinator

    We are looking to hire an experienced Marketing Events Coordinator in the Johnson City, NY market.

    Job Description:

    + • Research and find Events and Shows within our assigned territory

    + • Negotiate Contracts with the Event Vendors

    + • Book an annual calendar of Events and Shows

    + • Recruit, hire and train Event Demonstrators

    + • Schedule Demonstrators to work Events

    + • Coordinate booth and display set-up and tear down

    + • Set appointments for a Free In-Home Consultation at the Events and Shows

    + • Collect Contest Entries

    + • Follow up on the Contest Entries and schedule them for a Free In-Home Consultation

    + • Measure and report results

    Qualifications:

    + • Strong communications skills

    + • Positive, outgoing personality

    + • Strong planning and organizational skills

    + • Ability to coach, train and motivate others

    + • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    + • Ability to stand for long periods of time

    + • Ability to lift 30 pounds

     

    Must be available to work weekends.
