Raytheon - Advance Products & Solution (APS) is **seeking a highly motivated General and Operations (Site Management), Director** to own and oversee all aspects of the value stream for the Sensors Unlimited Inc (SUI) facility; to include profit and loss (P&L), and contractual and financial obligations. **Sensors Unlimited Inc (SUI) is part of the** **Space, Imaging and** **Microelectroni** **cs(SIM)** **Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU)** **.**
The selected candidate will be required to be **ONSITE** in **Princeton, NJ daily.**
What You Will Do
+ Drive strategic planning efforts
+ Business development opportunities, milestones, solutions for program problems
+ Own and oversee all aspects of the entire value streams multiple programs performance to include profit and loss (P&L) and all contractual and financial obligations for the business (including, but not limited to: all accountability and management of the building facility operations, factory, EH&S safety, security, quality and global trade compliances)
+ Oversee profit and loss (P&L) to ensure that sales, profit, and cash targets are achieved (including Estimate at Completion EAC inputs)
+ Facilitate communication and collaborative teamwork across all functions
+ Lead contract negotiations and contractual changes (in a fast-paced, hands-on, collaborative environment)
+ Ensure program performance and adherence to program plans, schedules and budgets
+ Manage risk, opportunity, cost, quality and schedule performance
+ Coordinate and align interactions, expectation, and transactions between customers and Integrated Project Teams (IPTs)
+ Develop new business growth strategies to increase profitability and/or market share of the organization
+ Guide continuous improvement (CORE) initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality
+ Direct all program phases from inception through completion
+ Support domestic travel as needed
Qualifications You Must Have
+ Bachelor’s degree and 14 years of relevant experience (in areas of general management, operation management in a commercial business environment, program/project management experience, etc)
+ Experience managing the profit and loss (P&L) of an organization with oversight of sales, profit, and cash targets including financial practices (cost, schedule, financial forecast, and technical performance for programs with use ofprogram managementtoolssuch as Estimate at Completions (EACs), Riskand OpportunityManagement, Short range outlook, financial forecast, annual operating plan/long range plan, and earned value, etc)
+ Experience leading proposal efforts
+ Experience developing and implementing new business growth strategies to increase profitability and/or market share of the organization
+ Experienceleadingcross-functionalteams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, QualityManagement, and/or administrative functions
+ Experience engaging and reporting out to all levels of executive stakeholders
+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite resources
+ Experience engaging and reporting out to all levels of executive stakeholders

+ Demonstrated results creating and maintaining thorough executivelevel relationships withsuppliers, customers, government representatives, primes and internal peers

+ Business development knowledge, strong business sense, technical background and familiarity with technical product development
+ Experience leading Estimate at Completions (EACs)
+ Experience developing and implementing execution, coordination, and growth strategies for franchise programs
+ Experience working oversight and monitoring supplier(s) performance; develop preventive and corrective actions as necessary
+ High level of implementation ina complex program environment
+ Program Management Certification

The salary range for this role is 194,000 USD - 388,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
