• Customer Service Representative

    BUNZL (York, PA)


    Description

    The Customer Service Rep will answer customer inquiries, enter and successfully process orders (50-100 daily) via the AS400. As well as Investigating customer problems and/or complaints to successful resolution. the CSR will also maintain relationships with both internal and external customers with exceptional service.

     

    This role will be in office, 8a-5p M-F out of our York, PA location.

    _Responsibilities:_

    + Directly responsible for working with customers and sales personnel to understand order requirements and execute order processing via the Cool Pak order system; JD Edwards ERP business management software.

    + This person would be the front line for web and phone leads and will function as a liaison between customers and the sales team as well as a liaison between the sales team and internal departments.

    + Review open orders daily and provide continual follow up with internal and external customers

    + Attend daily production meetings and follow up on action items

    + Provide customer service via phone & email

    + Monitor front lobby for incoming guests

    + Create and maintain excellent relationships with clients

    + Work effectively in a team environment to meet business goals and objectives

    _Requirements:_

    + High School diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of customer service experience preferred

    + Ability to problem solve and multi-task in a fast paced environment

    + Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy of data entry

    + Excellent professional communication in both oral and written aspects of work

    + Ability to prioritize work assignments

    + Strong organizational skills

    + Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

    + Bi-lingual English and Spanish
