Are you passionate about swimming and love teaching others? HealthFitness is excited to announce an opening for a **(part-time) Swim Instructor Aide** to join the Aquatics Team at our client site located in **Racine, Wisconsin (WI)** . In this position, you will provide effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children participating in private or small group lessons. You will design individualized programs to meet the participant's interests, abilities, and goals. Other duties as-needed/assigned.

Schedule: 10-15 hours/week. Possible shifts; M-F 4p-7p and some weekends (Sat & Sun).

Minimum Requirements:

+ Must be at least 17 years old.

+ Adult & Child CPR/AED/First Aid certification through the American Red Cross along with an interest in becoming Water Safety Instructor certified within 30 days of hire date.

+ Proficiency in all swim strokes.

+ Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.

Compensation: $10-$20/hr. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
